I’m a bit overwhelmed, even teary-eyed (okay, that’s not a huge deal for me, but still). In the past couple of days, I’ve been on the receiving end of some very nice gestures from fellow bloggers.
It started with DadBloggers including me in their list of Daddy bloggers. My first post, about how we came up with the nickname “Okapis” for our children, was made live yesterday. Ironically, as that was happening - though without knowing it, Steve of The Hygiene Chronicles decided to refer to that nickname in his post on The BlogFathers to ask about what other parents have called their babies while they were pregnant.
Then this morning I woke up to find out that BlogHer has a post called, Dads of Multiples Carve Out Their Niche, by Mir of Woulda Coulda Shoulda. She does a little review of some Dads of multiples sites, including this one, amazingly.
I hope you’ll take a moment to visit all of these kind folks and say “thanks.”
I’ll end with Mir’s closing words in her piece. “Go visit some of these awesome dads who are juggling two or more babies, and remember that it’s not just us moms doing the hard work.”
